THE PAST HAS ENDED

IF I AM NOT TERRIBLY MISTAKEN, the TODAY-IN-THE-PAST-CAST that has been automatically going to your podcasting devices is coming to an end.

NOW THAT THE PAST IS OVER, it is time to consider THE FUTURE, and the future involves:

ME RESOLVING YOUR DISPUTES, and in the process, probably starting some new ones.

AT THIS VERY MOMENT, a young man whom I know personally named Jesse Thorn is asking you to send him your fights, disagreements, debates, grudges, and other bad blood that need THE EXPERT CARE THAT ONLY I CAN PROVIDE.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DO THIS, and for once in your life enjoy the peace of mind that you deserve–and can only come from ME TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO WITH YOU LIFE.

LIKE SO MUCH OF THE FUTURE, what will happen next is yet to be revealed. But if you STAY TUNED to your Today-In-The-Past-Cast feed at all times, THE ANSWER WILL SOON COME TO YOU.

MEANWHILE, if you did not manage to hold your tape recorder to the speaker for each and every installment of the Today in the Past-Cast, please know that the whole thing is still available on the AUDIOBACK EDITION of my book, entitled MORE INFORMATION THAN YOU REQUIRE, along with hours more material with Jonathan Coulton, Paul F. Tompkins (the FAMOUS PODCASTER), Zach Galifianakis, Paul Rudd, Dick Cavett, Ricky Gervais, Ira Glass, Rachel Maddow, and Sarah Vowell playing the role of Chuck D.

AND ALSO ME, talking, talking, talking. As per usual.

That is all.

I CAN HAS A FOOTBALL?

THANK YOU EVERYONE for coming to the Armory last week. I am sorry I have not written you all personally, but it was wonderful to see you there, and I hope you enjoyed watching me being humiliated in this outfit (and others).

I KNOW THAT I PROMISED YOU UKULELE AND PENCIL SHARPENING DEMONSTRATIONS. Unfortunately, time is the enemy of song and sharp pencils, and I did not want to keep you there for ANOTHER 3 hours.

SO IF LIKE, David Rees and I will set some time aside this Winter to meet in Brooklyn and demonstrate BOTH of these important skill sets.

RETURN HERE for news as it develops, or alternately,

NEVER LEAVE.

That is all.
